[Abstract]
Problem Statement:
fiogf49gjkf0d
Analysis of ultra-close multiple-seam interaction and field verification
Objective of the Paper:
fiogf49gjkf0d
To illustrate the validity of the AMSS software and the 2D ROCSCIENCE finite element program in the analysis of multiple-seam interaction
Key Findings:
fiogf49gjkf0d
Results from the 2D ROCSCIENCE FE analysis are in excellent agreement with those from the AMSS analysis
Key Conclusions:
fiogf49gjkf0d
To date, no water is encountered in all 25-ft test holes, which confirms the validity of the 2D ROCSCIENCE FE analysis. Underground observations of excellent pillar and roof stability confirms the validity of the AMSS analysis
